October 25

Morning

Lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.

If two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them. § He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.

“Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?” … “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.”

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to God our Savior, who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen.

Evening

The end of all things is at hand.

I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. § The heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word … reserved for fire until the day of judgment.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though its waters roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with its swelling. § You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled.

We have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. § We … look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless.
