March 26

Morning

The kingdom of heaven is like a man traveling to a far
country, who called his own servants and delivered his goods
to them… To each according to his own ability.

Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey?

One and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills… The manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all. § As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. § It is required in stewards that one be found faithful. § For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.

Who is sufficient for these things? § I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Matt. 25:14–15; Rom. 6:16; 1 Cor. 12:11, 7; 1 Peter 4:10;
1 Cor. 4:2; Luke 12:48; 2 Cor. 2:16; Phil. 4:13

Evening

Distributing to the needs of the saints.

David said, “Is there still anyone who is left of the house of Saul, that I may show him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?”

Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me… Inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me. § Whoever gives one of these little ones only a cup of cold water in the name of a disciple, assuredly, I say to you, he shall by no means lose his reward.

Do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased. § For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
