AnGeL Ministries is happy to provide full credit for returns that meet the criteria specified below. Thank you for your understanding.
- All resources must be returned at customer expense and postmarked within 60 days of order date.
- All returned items must be in new condition. For books, this means no dog-eared corners, cover scratches, or markings of any kind. For audio and video materials, there shall be no scratches or cracks in the media or packaging.
- Condition of returns will be determined by AnGeL Ministries upon receipt. Returned resources deemed unfit for re-sale will not be accepted or credited for refund. Please examine your items carefully before returning them and keep any questionable resources for donation locally.
- No credits will be issued for MP3 download products or Study Guides with Video Streaming.
- Original purchases discounted for quantity will be refunded at the discounted per-unit price.
- There will be no returns on special resource packages or promotions.
